Attack on Titan to collaborate with The Sandbox Web3 open metaverse platform, launching “Attack on Titan LAND” in collaboration with Minto

Los Angeles — July 8, 2024 — The Sandbox (CEO: Arthur Madrid), Minto (CEO: Kazuhiro Mizuno) and Copro Corporation (CEO: Koichiro Kawashima), are authorized with permission from Kodansha Ltd. to produce NFTs and create Attack on Titan (*1) LAND on “The Sandbox” in the Web3 gaming decentralized metaverse.

In Attack on Titan (original story by Hajime Isayama, Kodansha), a boy named Eren Jaeger lives an isolated life inside a walled city to escape the threat of man-eating Titans. Eren, who lost his mother to the Titans and burns with a vengeance, joins the Survey Corps to fight back, throwing himself into a terrifying battle. With a total worldwide circulation of over 100 million copies, Attack on Titan’s fan base extends far beyond Japan, reaching enthusiasts across the globe.

Attack on Titan will participate in a LAND sale as they launch their location on The Sandbox Map. Later this year, The Sandbox and Attack on Titan will join forces to create a first-of-its-kind, interactive experience on The Sandbox.
