From March 13th to March 27th, 2023, CHARLESKEITHHAUS playhouse will open its doors to The Sandbox users! In addition to fun challenges, K-Pop concerts and an NFT gallery. The Sandbox community will also be able to purchase digital wearables from the Spring / Summer 2023 collection.
By purchasing a CHARLES & KEITH NFT, buyers will enter a raffle where 20 lucky winners will receive a 10% discount digital voucher usable on https://www.charleskeith.com/. The winners will be selected on March 27th (more details below)
The NFTs will be available in The Sandbox Marketplace from March 14th, 3PM UTC.

To participate in the Contest:
1) Go to https://www.sandbox.game/en/shop/.
2) Go to the CHARLES & KEITH Collection in the Sandbox Marketplace.
3) Purchase any of the following NFT from CHARLES & KEITH:
• Pink Koa Square Push Lock Shoulder Bag
• Tweed Buckled D’Orsay Platform Pumps
• Blue Woven Trapeze Heel Buckled Sandals
• Blue Tubular Slouchy Hobo Bag
(each, a “CHARLES & KEITH NFT”, and collectively, the “CHARLES & KEITH NFTs”).
4) Ensure that the CHARLES & KEITH NFT appears in your wallet as at 27 March 2023, 2359 (GMT+8).
The Contest runs from 14 March 2023, 2300 (GMT+8) to 27 March 2023, 2359 (GMT+8). A total of twenty (20) winners will be selected.
Terms & Conditions
1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the Contest, which shall be conducted in the NFT marketplace found at https://www.sandbox.game/en/shop/ (such marketplace, “The Sandbox Marketplace”).
2. By following the instructions above and thereby participating in the Contest, you indicate that you have read, understood and accepted both the Instructions and these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by the same. If you do not agree with any of the Instructions or these Terms and
Conditions, please do not participate in this Contest.
3. This Contest is only open to Participants. A person only qualifies as a “Participant” if:
(a) the person is a Sandbox account holder in CHARLES & KEITH’s .Com markets: Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Egypt, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, Malaysia, Mauritius,
Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, Myanmar, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, United Kingdom and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland,
Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland);
(b) the person has purchased one or more CHARLES & KEITH NFTs from CHARLES & KEITH, in accordance with the Instructions above; and
© the Snapshot (defined below) shows that the token ID(s) of the relevant CHARLES & KEITH NFT(s) (purchased in accordance with the Instructions above) is in the person’s wallet.
4. Each CHARLES & KEITH NFT purchased in accordance with the Instructions above, and which can be found in a Participant’s wallet (as evidenced by the Snapshot), shall constitute one entry in the Contest. Multiple entries are allowed in the Contest, but Participants agree that each wallet can only be selected once as a winning entry.
5. A Snapshot will be taken on 27 March 2023, 2359 (GMT+8), where “Snapshot” refers to a record, as at the time such snapshot is taken, of all information (including token IDs of NFTs) in the wallets of Sandbox account holders.
6. The Contest duration shall be from 14 March 2023, 2300 (GMT+8) to 27 March 2023, 2359
(GMT+8) (the “Contest Duration”). For the avoidance of doubt, any purchase of CHARLES & KEITH NFTs after the Contest Duration shall not qualify for the Contest.
7. Any and all of CHARLES & KEITH’s decisions in relation to this Contest, including but not limited to, the Instructions, these Terms and Conditions, prizes and/or winning entries, are final — no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
8. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
9. The 10% coupon code will only be available for one-time usage and for regular-priced items only.
10. Winners will be notified of their winning entry by way of email sent from CHARLES & KEITH staff (@charleskeith.com) to the email address registered with their Sandbox account. After which, they
can proceed to redeem their prize via email. In the event that a winner’s email address registered with his or her Sandbox account is no longer active, he or she shall be disqualified from the Contest and
no longer be entitled to the prize, and without prejudice to Clause 7 above, CHARLES & KEITH shall be entitled to award it to another Participant.
11. All winners agree that CHARLES & KEITH may provide additional instructions and/or directions to the winners, such as pertaining to the collection of prizes. Winners must respond within 7 days from
the date of the email notifying them of their winning entry, and comply with all instructions and/or directions from CHARLES & KEITH. If a winner fails to do so, he/she shall be disqualified from the
Contest and no longer be entitled to the prize, and without prejudice to Clause 7 above, CHARLES & KEITH shall be entitled to award it to another Participant.
12. CHARLES & KEITH may, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary, amend, or change the details of the prizes and/or their value. CHARLES & KEITH may also cancel the Contest at its sole and
absolute discretion without notice, and all Participants agree that no liability shall attach to CHARLES & KEITH as a result thereof. Any changes to the prizes and/or their value may be posted on this site
and/or the CHARLES & KEITH TikTok and Instagram accounts.
13. To the extent permissible by law, CHARLES & KEITH and its associates, agents, and representatives expressly exclude any liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, and injury suffered by Participants or any third party whether foreseeable or not, in connection with the Contest.
14. CHARLES & KEITH may, at its sole discretion, amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time.
15. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore without giving effect to choice of law provisions. CHARLES & KEITH and each Participant hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
