How many Care Bears Avatars are there?
There are a total of 3,060 Avatars that will be minted.
What is their rarity / tier?
The avatars are divided into a variety of rarity categories depending on traits. Each avatar will be unique, and generated through a random weight of traits which affect the visual look & feel. In addition there will be multiple unique 1/1 NFTs.
Where do I have to go to claim the avatars?
There is only one place where you can mint the Avatars: https://sandbox.game/collections/care-bears/en
At what time does the sale start?
The sale will start on November 15, 2022 at 2PM UTC. Whitelisted users will have access 24 hours before.
How many avatars can I mint per wallet address?
The Care Bears Avatars will be released in 2 waves:
- November 14 2022, 2PM UTC: whitelisted users will have a chance to mint a maximum of two avatars with a time limit of 24 hours.
- When the public release is live, users will have the chance to mint up to four.
How Can I see my avatar?
The Avatars will be revealed 48 hours after minting on OpenSea.
Can I mint using any wallet?
Yes, you can mint with whatever wallet you have.
What can I do with the avatars?
Each Avatar will be playable inside The Sandbox in all the multiplayer experiences to come, and will unlock upcoming features and content. We will also introduce unique Play&Earn opportunities for avatar holders, giving any holder the opportunity to earn SAND through gameplay.
How can I use my avatar inside The Sandbox?
You will be able to use it as an Avatar by simply selecting it in the Avatar Manager in The Sandbox dashboard once it has been enabled.
Where can I buy a Care Bears avatar after the initial sale is over?
After the initial sale is over, you will be able to purchase as many avatars as you like from users that are willing to sell theirs on the secondary marketplace OpenSea.
How do I get whitelisted?
If you hold one of the below NFTs, at the time of snapshot (Sunday, November 13, at 2pm UTC), you can mint a maximum of 2 Care Bears avatars 24h before official minting starts:

How do I know if I’m whitelisted?
If you hold an NFT of the above collection, you will be able to mint, as long as you hold the NFT in the wallet with which you are whitelisted, and connected on the minting page.
My avatars are not revealed yet in OpenSea, what can I do?
If you are checking before they have been revealed, this is normal. If you are checking after that date, press the “Refresh Metadata” button on the top-right corner of OpenSea.
Buying a NFT for the first time. How can I get started?
The process is quite simple. You need to ensure that you have:
- Created an account on The Sandbox.
- Ensure you have both the correct amount of SAND to mint the number of avatars you want and some MATIC to cover the gas fees.
- Log into your account and head over to the mint page: https://sandbox.game/collections/care-bears/mint/en
- Check that your wallet is properly connected and just press the Mint button to retrieve your Avatar.
What chain are the avatars on?

I have SAND on ETH Mainnet already. Do I have to buy again?
