The First-ever Launch of “Captain Tsubasa “Avatar Collection in The Sandbox
The world of Captain Tsubasa is finally coming to the metaverse! The Sandbox, in collaboration with Minto Co., Ltd and TSUBASA, Inc is launching the “Captain Tsubasa” Tsubasa Team Collection.
“Captain Tsubasa” is a manga which has greatly contributed to the development of football worldwide by inspiring numerous international football stars and children worldwide over several decades.
This collection consists of 2,060 unique limited-edition avatars mainly featuring the jerseys of Nankatsu and Toho, the middle school teams of Tsubasa and his rival, Hyuga. Avatars in originally designed goalkeeper jerseys which were supervised by the author, Yoichi Takahashi will also be included in this collection. All avatars will come with unique animations produced exclusively for this collection.

Allowlist minting for registered participants: From September 12th, 2023 (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM to September 13th, 2023 (Wednesday) at 2:00 PM(UTC). Allowlist minting will take place before the public minting.
Public mint: Starting from September 13th, 2023 (Wednesday) at 2:00 PM(UTC), everyone will be able to purchase avatars from the Tsubasa Team Collection.
Reveal : During the minting process, avatar designs cannot be previewed. The avatars will be revealed for the first time during the simultaneous public display on September 19th, 2023 (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM (UTC)

Event Information
“Captain Tsubasa” experiences are planned to become playable in The Sandbox during September 27th to November 31th, 2023. Experiences will consist of “Captain Tsubasa” themed quests and wearable NFTs for your avatars. Enrich your experiences with a Tsubasa Team Collection avatar!
