By joining The Sandbox as The Sandbox Romania, the QED team brings their expertise to further enhance the platform, marking a significant milestone in The Sandbox’s expansion strategy. This acquisition underscores The Sandbox’s dedication to harnessing exceptional talent globally, fostering innovation, and strengthening its position as a leading metaverse platform.

QED, led by founders Ioana Verebi, Vlad Temian, and Marius Bălaj, has worked closely with The Sandbox as an external provider for over two years. Renowned for its exceptional expertise in software development, blockchain integration, and scalable design, QED has played a pivotal role in helping The Sandbox deliver immersive and engaging metaverse products. With this acquisition, the Founders of QED and their 17-person team will officially transition to The Sandbox Romania and become its 13th office location, joining existing offices in Paris, Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Seoul, and more.
